One request to an AI model through Guard, by proxy or by ingest. A conversation of ten messages is ten calls.

What if we exceed our band mid-year? 

Nothing happens mid-year. Sustained growth re-rates your band at renewal, with roughly 20% tolerance before it applies.

Is there a monthly plan? 

No. Assurance is an annual posture, and the certificate cycle is quarterly. Annual billing is part of what makes the guarantee possible.

Are prices inclusive of GST? 

All prices exclude GST.

How does the 60-day guarantee work? 

You sign an annual agreement. If, within 60 days, Guard hasn't delivered what we agreed, you cancel and receive every dollar back. Your evidence export is yours either way.
